What are you doing for the next two months?
Well, let me be a bit more specific with my question. How are you going to better yourself before we reach a new year?
I never understand the people waiting until January 1st to make a positive change in their lives. However, the change only lasts for a short time because that put immense pressure on themselves to make changes FAST!
In case you didn’t know, let me be the first to tell you that fast does not mean right. For example you can lose a large amount of weight in 30 days if you are willing to forgo your health, hair, moisturized skin, functioning brain, and muscle. Those are just a few things that will diminish quickly. Let’s not mention how you will damage organs by yoyo dieting.
You’re worth more than a quick diet! You are worthy of taking time every day to work toward your fitness goals.
Sometimes I feel like shaking people and telling them the trash they’re eating is not worth going into their bodies. But, believe it or not, we all deserve to be picky about what we’re consuming and the amounts we consume.
And another thing, food, narcotics, and excessive amounts of alcohol aren’t the only things we need to push out of our lives.
PEOPLE can be just as bad for us as the things listed above. And guess what? You deserve to push the bad ones out of your life. You are worthy of having people with substance in your space.
The moment we realize our worth, we will all be better off. Your ability to put up with bullshit people and bullshit things will grow to an intolerable level. And doing away with all nonsense will make your self-confidence grow at an alarming rate.
Once your self-esteem grows, you’ll see;
Your happiness is worth fighting for
Your health is worth fighting for
Your mental health is worth fighting for
Your spiritual journey is worth fighting for
Your growth is worth fighting for
YOU ARE WORTH FIGHTING FOR
We all have two months/59 days to make a dent in becoming better. But the first step is believing that you are WORTHY of better.
You could have chosen any blog to read, but you chose mine, and I’m honored!

Yes, yes! I figure any day you choose to start improving yourself is your own personal New Year’s Day. Also agree that PEOPLE can be bad for us, can lead to eating and drinking too much while around them.
Ally that is so true, being around the wrong people will definitely make you do all those things. Such a great point!
You’re an inspiration 🙂
Awwww Simon so are you my friend.
Damn right 🙂
We are all absolutely worth fighting for. I have seen so many people I know fall for dumb diets that are trending and it ends up really effecting their health negatively. It takes time to better ourselves and that’s okay!
Amen Pooja! We need to know that is okay to lose weight slowly. That’s the only way we will keep it off without damaging ourselves.
