Today was a long, sad day!
Baby number two is all moved in. She made it back from her NASA internship last week. So she was able to spend a week with us before heading out.
Now my husband and I have a freshman and a junior in COLLEGE!! WHEN DID WE GET THIS OLD!!!!????
Nevertheless, we are grateful and highly favored. May God guide my babies and yours. Keep them covered and protected Father God. In Jesus Holy name we pray. Amen!

Our kids will probably be leaving in a few years time, which will make us ’empty nesters’. I suppose I could get a dog for my wife, as some sort of distraction?

No don’t do that!! Get plants and then later in get a dog. Pets are like having more kids around. My dog is so demanding!

Right there with ya sister, course for me the extra weight finally took its toll at 52 but yeah since my 20’s fountain of youth (never did drugs, stopped drinking, don’t spend time tanning, don’t smoke. I swear when I went to my 25th HS reunion I looked quite younger than the rest of my class)

We are so happy that she is so young and will be around for 6 more years. When she packs up for college I’m going to kick and scream 😞😂 My neighbors are going to think I’ve gone mad!!!

Girllllll, you got some gorgeous kids! 👨👩👦👦 But the one thing I have to say is that they are not deadbeat kids. You must be so proud of what they are accomplishing, and you and your hubby aren’t old, it’s just that your seeds are growing and flourishing. Look at God! Hallelu-yer! Alright now sista’, no more long and sad day. You got a lot of celebrating to do AND you ain’t dead because you too, my dear, have much more to accomplish.
