Easy Barbecue Dinner

As soon as I woke up, I knew what I was cooking for. My eyes were not fully open as I stumbled down the stairs and pulled out my freezer door, ready to add my personal touch to the recipe.

As I searched for the slab of ribs, I knew I was going to cook these in the Oven, not on the grill. I’m not a grilling type of person, and I’m sure many of you can relate. The thought of being out in the 90-degree heat with a steaming grill is something I’d rather avoid. But don’t worry, the oven method is just as delicious!

After a quick rinse, I placed the ribs in hot water and let the anticipation build as the water began to work its magic.
