As soon as I woke up, I knew what I was cooking for. My eyes were not fully open as I stumbled down the stairs and pulled out my freezer door, ready to add my personal touch to the recipe.
As I searched for the slab of ribs, I knew I was going to cook these in the Oven, not on the grill. I’m not a grilling type of person, and I’m sure many of you can relate. The thought of being out in the 90-degree heat with a steaming grill is something I’d rather avoid. But don’t worry, the oven method is just as delicious!
After a quick rinse, I placed the ribs in hot water and let the anticipation build as the water began to work its magic.

Pic looks good and the recipe appears to be the gateway of explosion of flavours. Though I am not a baking person.

i marinate mine 2 parts olive oil, 1 part vinegar and 1 part lime juice with salt and pepper and other herbs and spices. I love grilling even in 100 degree weather.
