This is something I’m really proud of myself for this year. I’ve been getting sick a lot but I’ve been pushing myself to get to work and keep on myself with my anxieties and not shut down. It takes a lot to firm healthy habits/ routines but it’s worth it when you make it through smiling 😃

It really does. Squats have been helping me with my balance and strength. It’s definitely useful

I’ve been walking a lot, too. I enjoy walking on crispy fall and winter nights. It feels so good

It does feel so nice and it’s so good for your skin. Walking is my jam and better for your knees.

Mine too. I used to love running, but it’s not good for my knees either, unfortunately. I walk all the time. It’s so calming and needed

Same! I dread running and it’s terrible for your knees.
