30 The Hard Way!

You don’t know what happiness is until you’ve been unhappy!

Every night when my head hits the pillow, I feel relief. The pain and confusion that once took over my body are long gone. The manipulative voices that clogged my brain are silenced.

Being in control of your happiness is exhilarating!

You can fight for a lifetime for others to bring happiness to you and never receive it, or you can choose to be the happiness you were waiting for.

Good things and blessings are all around, and it’s a beautiful thing that we can choose to invite them in. We hold the key to our happiness. We are all given options, and it’s up to us to select the options that will produce happiness in our lives.

I believe we attract the same energy we put into the world. If shifty people surround you, you may need to look closely at yourself. Make the changes necessary and revamp your situation.

Many things are out of our control, but I instead focus on the things that are.

      1. Bless you Queen B. 🙏🏼 Speaking of Queen B, she was at the stadium in our area last night. She brought the house down and was still going strong for almost 2 and a half hours, according to news sources. I don’t know how much those tickets were, but the audience got a show they won’t forget! Keep doing you sistah queen! 🥰👑😍

Thanks for making me pause a minute to reflect on all the good things happening right now.

  7. Faith has such a profound impact on those that wish to build it. I wouldn’t have considered it for this list at all 10 years ago, but circumstances and life have a way of breaking you. In that brokenness, faith, repurposes us, rebuilds us, and brings an inner peace. It took me 41 years, the military, and a lot of mental health issues to realize that.

    God bless.

    1. Oh wow!!!! You made it through. Without faith where would be and how broken would we be. I don’t even like thinking about it.
I’m so glad you are right where you belong. God bless you Bryan!
