Every day is a blessing, but there is something about Friday that makes you feel like breaking dancing and doing back flips or maybe settling for a cartwheel; there is no need to end up in the ER on this glorious day.

I took the day off, in addition to Monday. I am need of a extended weekend for a mental health break. Thus far its going great. No big plans just rest, eating good food, and exercising.
