Her name is Chaos!

The club was a dimly lit, pulsating mass of bodies, the music so loud that we could barely hear anyone talking unless we yelled into someone’s ear, which was annoying but necessary. 

Anyway, Chaos was over there in the club, dancing like she wasn’t a mother of 5, and currently living with her on-and-off-again husband. The story is he comes home whenever he’s in the mood to deal with Chaos, which isn’t often. 

Chaos isn’t okay with that, but she would rather have him sometime than no time, and he knows that. Their kids barely know who he is; if you were to ask their kids what their father’s favorite meal was, or favorite color, or favorite TV show, they would say, “I don’t know, and I don’t care.”

But despite all this, she was dancing with a smile that didn’t quite reach her eyes, a facade she had mastered over the years. The only things that ever brought a genuine smile to her eyes were her son and the sound of a man who sent compliments her way. 

As Chaos was dancing, she saw the father of her kids walk into the club like he had no care in the world. He had a girl on his arm and a cocky little smile on his face. Once they made it to the bar, he placed his right hand on the small of her back, and his mouth was softly pressed on her neck.

The look on Chaos’s face was enough to scare any man. If looks could kill, the father of her kids would be dead. But luckily, Chaos won’t have to rely on her looks to kill him; that’s what the Glock in her purse is for.

And now she’s finally ready to use it.
