One Line Is All I Got ~4/27~

If you’re ugly on the inside, you’re ugly on the outside!

Pretty can only take you so far. At some point in our lives, we need substance, something greater than looks. When you have an ugly heart, your pretty/handsome face starts looking like the Joker. A knock-out, dream-worthy exterior can and will eventually fade.

And when it does, what will you do then?

You could have chosen any blog to read, but you chose mine, and I’m honored!

  1. I couldn’t agree more! Beauty may catch our attention initially, but it’s the substance that truly captivates us in the long run. An ugly heart can quickly overshadow even the most striking appearance, leaving us with nothing but disappointment. It’s essential to cultivate inner beauty, which lasts a lifetime. After all, true beauty comes from within!

  2. Oh yes my dear. I remember someone in church saying, “God don’t like ugly, and he ain’t too crazy about pretty neither.” 😜 Whatever is on the inside will show on the outside. Even physical beauty can be tarnished and toxic on the inside. Eventually that will move and affect the physical. I’ve seen it happen! 😲 Good reminder girlfriend.

  3. Wow! Wow! Wow! Dear Belladonna it´s a big true…
You inpsiring us, we need to keepour mind thinking in positive, baecause we atractt what we feel and think. You are very wise, great advise! If we believe, we can do it…
Thank’s for share and invites to reflection.
    Have a lovely evening!

  4. As always, Bella, another well written piece. Not to make light, but when we speak of ugly/pretty I’m always reminded of Jim Carey’s line in “Liar, Liar” when his (fictional) son says true beauty is on the inside. Carey replies, “Oh, that’s just something ugly people say.” I thought it was funny, anyway. Keep up the good work!

  5. I agree with you. In time, an ugly personality will destroy a pretty face and peaceful and joyful personality will glow over time
