~Saturday Fit Tip~

The weather is changing, and I know thousands of folks are looking to change their body, but you need to know this one important fact.

You didn’t gain that weight overnight, and you won’t lose it overnight. So you might as well have fun while getting into shape. Find a workout that works for you and take small steps towards making this a lifestyle.

The best thing you can do is change your relationship with food. Stop counting calories, focus on ensuring you eat a well-balanced meal, and stop when you are full. Also, your body will need MORE WATER since the temperature is heating up. 

And guess what? Sometimes when you think you’re hungry, you are thirsty. So CHUG A LUG!

  1. Hi Belladonna, I feel so bad because I am re-following again. I am *that* annoying person. There’s something weird going on with the blogs I follow. This isn’t the first time I have had this issue.

    As for drinking more water, I am the absolute worst when it comes to drinking water. All I want is hot tea and coffee because it is so cold here. When I was in Singapore, I chugged water. It was so easy to stay hydrated because it was so hot there. I craved water, iron, and electrolytes in Singapore. I wish I didn’t have to force myself to drink more water where I live.

    1. That’s okay, the same things been happening to me and I had to follow them again. yes it’s so much easier to drink water in the heat. I bet Singapore was beautiful!!!!!!!
