Different problem. Same Answer

It’s not often you can deliver the same answer no matter the problem.

I noticed that when I’m feeling sluggish, tired, mad, sad, lonely, insecure, or depressed, there is always one thing that I can do that will kick me in the right direction.

Exercising is my cure for all evil!

The other day I was in my feelings, and because of that, every part of my body was in pain. I couldn’t think straight, my stomach began to hurt, and then I started thinking about every person that has ever pissed me off in my life. I hate when I get like that, but it happens. I’m aware of it, and I do my best to try to fix myself quickly.

Exercising is my medicine!

There is absolutely no need to seek drugs or alcohol to find a delusional happy place. I say delusional because there is no way you are happy spending all of your money on a substance. It is impossible to claim happiness when you are passed out with your head smashed against a concrete floor or wall or vomiting on yourself.

No way! No one should live like that, nor should they resort to anything that will leave them worse than before they started this deadly habit. But exercise will have you looking, feeling, and being the person you were meant to be.

It’s time to sweat.

Did you know that endorphins are called the “happy hormones”? If you didn’t know, NOWYAKNOW, and I urge you to give it a go. I tell everyone I know that the minute you break past the point that you would usually quit, you will feel like a weight has been lifted off you. When I feel the way I previously described, I immediately jump up and go for a walk, ride my peloton, dance, jump rope and then push past my typical stopping point. And just like that, I’m better!

No matter your problem, I’ll give you the same answer… Exercise!

You could have chosen any blog to read, but you chose mine, and I’m honored!

  1. A nice therapy and when stressed around me a friend have lots of old TV sets, a great hammer and time! Sweat around you, knowing new muscle in your body and so long evil!

  2. I so agree with you. Like your last post, there are actions we can take to offset mental, and physical, challenges we are facing. It’s amazing how the mind clears when we take better care of ourselves. Excllent oost, Belladonna. Happy belated Thanksgiving too! 💜
