And I would do it again… Murder at the Pizzeria

It started a bit shaky, but I pulled through!

I hosted a party for my 13-year-old daughter. We had 14 guests that were rowdy and full of crazy energy.

The night before the Party, I made this cake;

I will post the full recipe next Friday, and I can’t wait to share it. It’s not too complicated, but it requires a little patience. After that was completed, I moved on to making my pizza dough and refrigerated it for the night. I thought about prepping my cheese sticks, but stupidly I decided to do that right before the Party started.

That was a mistake! Well, kind of, it all worked out in the end, but I should’ve prepped that the night before.

The doorbell rang, and I froze.

One by one, all the teenagers began to arrive. Before I knew it, the party room turned into a club scene. They were dancing, singing at the top of their lungs, the music was blasting, and all was going smoothly.

Party Time

I quieted everyone down and told them to take their sits; our MURDER MYSTERY was about to begin.

The host, me, has to tell the guest that someone has been murdered and the murderer is here at the Party! (Inserts Da Da Da Dunnnnn) Next week, I will have a post detailing how you host a murder mystery party. IT IS THE BEST PARTY IDEA EVER! I am in love with hosting this party theme.

At the end of the Party, the murderer had to confess to the killing of Karl Ickbread. This is dead, Karl, AKA my husband, AKA a complete fool! But I love it!

The Party came to an end

The Party was a hit, And four in half hours later, the kids danced their tired feet out the front door one by one. We cleaned up, moved all the furniture back in place, and thanked God for another fantastic party.

Oh, and I drank my wine…

You could have chosen any blog to read, but you chose mine, and I’m honored!
