Are you taking steps to be better?

The other day I concluded that I’m not working hard enough to create the amount of change I need. My eating habits were either met with not drinking enough water, eating sweets too often, or not following a workout schedule as I knew I could.

Long story short, I have assed everything!

My posts were far and in between. And I knew I needed to step it up if I wanted to achieve specific goals on my blog.

I think I was a mix between lazy and lost. So I decided to commit to myself fully—no more half-assing anything. My need to be better outweighs any excuse I can give myself. 

I encourage everyone to stop wasting time and start living their life with the intent to be better. Today is your day to start fresh, so don’t miss the opportunity to up your life to the next level.

  1. Motivating truths. Love it.💕 BTW – I tried the stuffed peppers yesterday (used the brown rice). It was delicious kids and husband loved it! Thanks again for the recipe.💕

    1. Never ever!!!! My clients that gave me the most energy and a hunger for life were my 80 and up crew. They were striving to be better and continued to do just that.

  2. Wonderfully encouraging! I started to keep a goal chart last week. It was fun to check things off as I accomplished everything and I’ve been able to stay on track so far. Some days were more difficult than others, but that’s when you gotta give yourself a bit of grace and keep going. 😉
