You are one incredibly lucky son of a gun!
Don’t you get it? Today you get to do something that you may not be able to do tomorrow. I mean, I don’t know about you, but I don’t have a clue as to what tomorrow brings.
So hear me out. What do you have to lose if you chose today to be the day you begin to look after yourself?
It’s about damn time you put your health on your priority list and stop looking crazy at the people making good choices. I know you all know what I mean by this!
There are people that will frown every time they see people working out or wearing an outfit that makes them feel good. But, unfortunately, those hateful people take the easy way out by eating like a wild savage beast and then looking at others with vengeful eyes.
DON’T BE THAT PERSON!
There isn’t a need to be envious of someone that is achieving what you are capable of achieving. You are capable of attaining absolutely anything you put your mind to, no matter your age. In fact, age is just a number when it comes to fitness. You may have to modify specific moves, but as long as there is breath in your body, you will be able to exercise.
The one thing you should focus on
This one focus is easy to remember. Are you ready to know what it is?
The one thing you should focus on is being a better version of yourself. And you can achieve that by taking care of yourself. First, you must begin eating food that fuels you. Healthy food will not spike your insulin and then leave you feeling sluggish. Junk food will leave you crashed on your floor and looking crazy!
So make this FRIDAY a day you look after yourself!
