Look After Yourself Friday

Now I know I have hung up personal trainer boots; however, y’all can’t get rid of me and my fitness tips that easily!

Fitness is a massive part of my everyday life. My kids were brought under the rule that required them to be fit. If you can move, you can groove your way into a healthy life. Don’t get me wrong, we are firm on fitness, but we LOVE eating!

I believe in having a well-balanced life!

Looking after yourself is a gift, not a chore. You should always work on improving your cardiovascular system and make wise choices with your meals. When you are making choices, you don’t have to stick with salads.

Geesh! Live a little and eat what you like in moderation. And ALWAYS move your body.

Make it fun to look after yourself!

So inspiring. 😁 by the way I came across a blog that preached the health benefits of eating “ice cream” (granted they ended their post with eat in moderation) but it read like one SHOULD Eat ice cream on the daily. I asked them their opinion on eating greasy fried in lard potato chips and they said why not, all junk food is food right ? I can’t get behind that notion.
