Workout because you LOVE your body

We all have choices to make daily a daily basis about how we care for our bodies.

Some may choose to hit the gym or do a home workout four-five days a week. In comparison, others decide to skip the workouts altogether.

Which one are you?

I like to take on clients who tell me they haven’t worked out in years or have worked out, but they don’t push themselves. The joy I feel when I transform a client from the inside out is unmatched. Giving someone hope when they have walked on this earth for YEARS, telling themselves that they cannot reach their goals, truly makes me feel like I’m getting into the best shape of my life again.

My main goal and number one thing I preach to my clients is to say nice things to themselves. It’s so easy to look in the mirror and pick out a handful of things that you despise about yourself, and then we tend to say, well, one day I’ll change this and that, and I’ll like who I am.

NO, NO, NO, NO!!!!!

You have to first start with LOVING yourself enough to change. If you don’t, then it will be difficult to achieve positive results.

  • I love myself so much that I want to give my body the gallon of water it needs to flourish.
  • My kidneys deserve to work correctly
  • My body deserves to be toxin-free
  • My skin has earned the right to shine
  • My mind should be beable to think clearly and dizzy free
  • I love my knees so much that I want them to be pain-free when I walk
  • My body does not deserve to have all sorts of medications pouring through it.

I could go on and on about why it’s so important to love who you are today so that you can take steps to save your life. Love yourself enough to change and be proud to say that I love my body. You don’t have to be a fitness model or look a particular way to say I LOVE my body.

We should all love our bodies no matter what they look like. We should feel blessed to have a body and the ability to change the things we are passionate about changing!

Workout because you love your body and not because you hate it. You’ll thank yourself later.

You could have chosen any blog to read, but you chose mine, and I’m honored!

  1. Good post and what a great perspective! I’ve been doing good with daily workouts until the deep freeze hit, and I got a “ahem, lady infection.” So I’ve taken a break for the last two days, but I’ll get back on track soon!
