Are you looking for a good reason to wake up in the morning?
Well, buckle up, cowboys, because I have a treat for you…you…and you. This chocolate protein shake is sure to give you everything you need and desire to have in the cup.
I wake up every morning and drink 32 ounces of water, 4 ounces of pineapple juice and 4 ounces of orange juice or my Green Juice, and then a cup of pure cranberry juice. AND then comes my PROTEIN PACKED TREAT.
Chocolate Protein Shake
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop of chocolate protein
- 2 tbs of chia seeds
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 1-2 cups Almond breeze dark chocolate milk
- A hand full of ice
Blend and Enjoy!
This particular shake is a great post-workout meal as well.
