The year of Peloton was shaky one, but I came out strong in the end!
It’s so important to set goals for the year. We need them, so we constantly have something to aim for. And Peloton has achievable goals for everyone.
Every month they have a set of 6-7 challenges that will aid you in reaching an annual goal of anywhere between 1,000-20,000 minutes. For example;
Last year I scrambled and finally hit 15,000 minutes, but I’m going bigger this year. My goal is to reach 18,000 minutes, and anything higher than that will be a bonus.

My goals are not quite so high, but my Apple Watch is helping me get a good start. Standing for an hour a day, taking a 30-45 minute walk and just moving more in general. I’m ready for the work week to start, when my hubby is home, we are so bad together, lol.

I’ve been using Strava on a casual basis, the stats say I’ve ridden 3097km, and I’ve run 197km since I’ve had Strava (2015)
