No more bad days

I’m usually quite fond of posting in the morning, but not today!

I wanted this to be one of the last things you read or the first thing you see when you open your eyes in the morning.

We need to wish away the bad days and reach for only good moments. I know that life presents us with battles out of our control, making it tough to feel upbeat—those challenging moments are when we need uplifters in our corner. People who will fight with us, listen to our cry, and hold out their hand when we need to hold on to someone.

More often than not, we are in complete control of transforming our hideous attitudes/ways to promising moments. We can control how we react to negative things around us. We are in control of how we respond!

We control what we eat when we eat it and how much we are eating. Therefore, we are in control of hitting our target goals. If you want to work out for 30 to 60 minutes a day, then do it. Promise yourself that today or yesterday was your last bad day.

Start fresh today!

If you desire to be around people that elevate you and not take away from you, then do just that. Kiss those needy, time sucks away, and start a new way today. Make today your last day that you will bother with nonsense and begin a new way.

Choose which way you want your life to go and make today your last bad day.

Good days and sunny skies are waiting for you!

You could have chosen any blog to read, but you chose mine, and I’m honored!
