Saturday is the most important day for your workout regimen!
This is the day that we can undo all of our hard work. So we like to treat ourselves on Saturday and skip the workout that we know we need to do. Then when Monday rolls around, and we do our weekly weigh-in, frowns and groans are all I see and hear.
I know you want to unwind and enjoy your Saturday, and I want you to do that as well. However, Healthy choices can go along with some not-so-healthy options. For instance, get up and WERK, sweat, and energize your body. Then refuel your body with something healthy, and then for dinner, eat your favorite meal.
To sustain a healthy lifestyle, you have to treat yourself to your favorite foods. All things in moderation is the key.
Saturday is the day that matters the most! A lot of damage can be done because you are living for the weekend. Your excitement can cause you to put on 2-3 pounds by Monday. You will then fight until Wednesday or Thursday to get those pounds off.
Why put your body and mind through that?
Overeating isn’t worth the stress it will bring. So I need you to stop what you’re doing and get up for at least 30 minutes and WERK!!!
