Two weeks in, and you want to give up, huh?
Well, don’t you dare!
Results from working out will not show up in a couple of weeks and not even a month. You have to keep going and push yourself every day. Keep in mind that you don’t have to max out every day, but you need to move and lay off the junk food as much as possible. I know it’s tough, but your body will thank you later.
What if I told you that if you started today to choose life, health, happiness, and success, you could be a better version of yourself by the New Year. Would you start?
There are 2 1/2 months left in 2021, which is ample time to get you to where you need to be, but you have to want it. And let me tell you, frustration will set in, tears are going to fall, and sore muscles will be your new best friend, but you have to keep pushing. There are going to be days that you feel like you can’t go on; that’s normal. We are human, not superhuman, so don’t be hard on yourself. On those days, you eat as clean a possible to refuel your soul, and you meditate.
It’s a Lifestyle
You have to remember that you are not dieting, but you are changing your life. The way you eat, sleep, train, speak, think and pray is your new lifestyle.
So what does that mean, you ask?
You need to make necessary changes slowly and keep them as realistic as possible. It would be best to make sure that your new way of life is doable for the rest of your life. This means you don’t have to forgo your favorite foods….Moderation is the way!
Changing the way you value/devalue food, money, exercise, peace, love, and life all work together. You’ll gain a greater desire to have all your ducks in a row when you feel in control of your health. I’m telling you a healthy lifestyle is where it’s at… all the cool kids are doing it. Well, maybe not kids, and who knows if we’re cool, but we are 30 years and up, and we’re making lifestyle changes, and we’re going to keep pushing until we are fit.
