Denying yourself the right to elevate is the biggest mistake you can make.
Sometimes we have to leave people behind if we want to improve the layout of your life. We have to fix our outlook on life and stop blaming others for how our life has turned out. Living as a victim will only hinder your progress and blind you from what could be a promising future.
It’s time to elevate!
When I look back over my life, I can’t help but laugh. I was hung my head low and believed that I would never outgrow the harsh words and my forgotten presence.
I let someone’s opinion of me shatter my confidence. I let them keep me in a holding place. Notice I said I let them because I did. Knowing what I know now, I had power over myself, but I handed it over and allowed that person to gain control of me. But the fire inside of me burned that control to the ground, and I snatched my focus back.
I knew it was time to elevate!
Ask yourself these questions and let me know which one fits you.
Am I ready to elevate?
Do I know what I need to do to elevate?
Am I capable of letting things and people go in order to elevate?
Am I afraid to elevate?
Listen, know this tomorrow is promised to any of us, so all we have is right now, this very moment. Knowing that we have a limited amount of time should be enough to make us fight to get anything out of our way.
Believe it or not, we all have that one person in our life that no longer serves us. They are life-sucking, soul grinding, irritating, take take take type people. And they are holding you back!
However, we all waste time in our day, some more than others, yet we complain about not achieving what we desire. Well, stop complaining and make better choices. It’s time to rid yourself of all things that are causing you to remain the same.
Toss, redirect your focus, and Elevate!
