My life has flipped, flopped, and flopped flipped!
If that makes sense, oh great, I’m glad it does. Because I can’t think of the right words to use, all I know is my head has been all over the place with new ideas and business plans for myself, my daughter, and my son.
Whenever I find myself in a go, go, go type situation, all I want to do is sleep. It’s draining, ya’ll, and then I wake up and put pen to paper, turn on some good sounds, and GO!
I don’t know if anyone remembers when I made the big announcement:
Hear Ye, Hear Ye
I will no longer be a trainer or coach. I am moving on and will no longer offer my services. (End QUOTE)
But the truth of the matter is I can’t seem to escape it. As soon as I attempt to turn my back, my heart is like, wait, that person needs you, and that person needs you and that…. well, you get the point. The point is I can’t let go of helping people become the best version of themselves; I love it too much and can’t picture my life without sweat, making schedules for folks, and giving you the oomph you need. Is that the right word? Who cares, I’m sticking with it.
I am back at doing what I love, and that’s making folks laugh while learning about fitness. Getting into shape doesn’t have to be so darn serious, but it does have to be fun. If you’re not having a good time, then you will soon find yourself marching right out the door and sliding into McDonald’s parking lot.
So I’m here to tell you, well actually I’m screaming……..”DON’T DO IT, GIRL! Mickey D’s does not love you and will mistreat you.”
Flop flip back into my arms where you are safe. HOLD ON TO ME!
We are all a little unsteady and need someone to hold on to and I’m grateful to everyone that has faith in my skills.
You could have chosen any blog to read, but you chose mine, and I’m honored!
