You can do anything for 25 minutes!
Are you content with everything you accomplish in a day?
Are you wasting time?
Chances are you are wasting valuable time and making excuses about why you are remaining the same. Before the Pandemic, I would give you a pass for being oblivious about the amount of time you waste. But nope, not anymore.
We were locked in our homes for months and months, and during that time, we were able to reflect on our lives. We were able to pinpoint the things we needed to change and the things we needed to respect.
One thing that I learned is to respect my time and how I use it. Which, is why I no longer have a gym membership. I found that it was a waste of my time and no longer served a purpose in my life.
I preach to my clients that all you need is 25- 30 minutes a day to sweat the pounds away. There isn’t a need to spend hours per day at the gym unless you need the outing. Suppose you don’t then go straight to your designated room and sweat it out. There are tons of videos on Youtube, Beach Body, and Peloton app that will get your body drenched within the first 10 minutes.
I’m zoning in on 25 minutes because we all deserve to give ourselves at least that. And it’s not an intimidating amount of time. I mean, for goodness sake, you can’t make it through a sitcom in that amount of time.
But mainly I can’t stress enough how good you’ll feel in that short amount of time.
And to think you may have believed that you had to commit to a 45-60 minute per day workout. When in fact, you don’t. Not every day has to be a go long or do nothing at all type of day.
Commit to 25 minutes a day and sweat the pounds away.
- Light to medium weights~I’m using 10 pounds
- Watch your form
- Repeat each move for 30 seconds
- Rest for 30 seconds after you have completed all for moves then repeat 4 to 5 times
You could have chosen any blog to read, but you chose mine, and I’m honored!
