Expression of Love

Not a day goes by that I don’t express my love.

What’s your favorite way to show LOVE?

I express my LOVE;

Through the words that I choose

With a gentle rub on the back

With unconditional support

By giving you a warm embrace

With a simple I LOVE YOU

With a hug and a prayer at night

By preparing food that will nourish your soul, mind, and spirit

I don’t believe in taking shortcuts in any area of my life, and this delectable burger proves just that.

  • 3 pounds of bison
  • 2 cups Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 can of organic black beans (do not drain)
  • Season to taste
  • Drizzle with olive oil
  • Rosemary
  • Thyme
  1. Cover with rosemary and fresh thyme (grown from my garden)
  2. Bake on 450 for 15 minutes
  3. Remove from the oven
  4. Remove Herbs
  5. and add your favorite barbecue sauce and cheddar cheese.
  6. Place back into the oven
  7. Remove when cheese is slightly melted

Serve warm and Enjoy

You could have chosen any blog to read, but you chose mine, and I’m honored!

      1. A profound reading this morning. Profound in the sense of correlation and comparing the approaching seasons to our state of minds and fluctuating anxieties.
There is so much melody in the coming of Spring but who is to say we can come through the allergies that it brings. Some of us are hit rock bottom by these mood swings in the middle of a blooming spring. The trauma of our childhoods and the anguish of our youth can catch up with us in any season of our lives. No wonder we are implored to observe the seasons and see what each creature is doing in this time be it the squirrel or the ant and the birds that migrate
Mental Health as a topic has det itself free and taken the stage globally and this is a powerful step to walk out if denial. Finding consistency and the stamina, the courage and the will to live unspeakably beautiful, being unshakable within the season iof our anxiety is the challenge, living whole and passionately within uncertainty.

There is much to talk about Belladonna, besides my own so many faces and life experiences come to mind, each a book of their own.

Thank you for sharing your diary.

NB:…I’m unable to leave a reply on your Mental Health blog so I took liberty to leave a reply here.

        Have a wonderful day.

      2. Thank you so much for letting me know that you aren’t able to leave a reply on my. Mental Health blog!
I appreciate your comment more than you know. Anxiety has taken over so many people’s everyday life and it leaves many feeling ashamed. But I’ve found talking about it and normalizing it gives us all the freedom to deal with it and feel better. Life is so precious and we can’t let anything rob us from enjoying it.
Like you mentioned the sounds of birds and life in the spring is so awakening. I love it!
        Thank you for stopping by💕

      3. Thanks for allowing me to post on this blog. I’m happy that we’ve lifted the veil on the matter so we see its different faces and possibly for what it is, also provided the platforms so people have the courage to speak and seek help, before we are robbed completely.
For mind, body and soul, you are welcome dear. Happy Sunday

  1. Took me many years to control my anger and temper. You are right dear Belladona. We need to lead with kindness, concern and love. My dear grandmother told me. Sugar and honey words can fix a problem. Anger and negative words will create permanent separations.
