“You can do hard shit”
If you don’t know who Jess Simms is, let me introduce you to the lady helping me up my fitness game. She’s one of the most fantastic Peloton instructors, and I can’t say enough positive things about her.
Jess reminds me that I’m stronger than I think I am.
When the workout starts to get hard, she repeats, “you can do hard shit.” And she’s exactly right. We all can do hard shit, but we have to believe it and keep pushing through when times get tough.
Giving up is no longer an option!
