So What….You Messed UP

So we are sitting here reflecting on some of the bad decisions that we made this week. And it’s only Tuesday night!

It’s okay if you’ve messed up your diet or what I like to “life plan. If you have already begun beating yourself up, you will find yourself traveling down the same road tomorrow and the day after. You have to learn to shake it off and move on. The quicker you do so, the faster you’ll see results.

How to Bounce Back Quickly

You have to talk nice to yourself and remember that everyone struggled before they got it right. Changing the way you eat and the frequency of your training takes time. But when we talk down to ourselves or look in the mirror and criticize every part of our body, we will throw in the towel and order that extra-large pizza loaded with all the trimmings.

BUT you can’t do that!!!!!

Correct your behavior and do better. There isn’t any food that tastes better than success.

Keep telling yourself that you are worthy of good health and you DESERVE to feel good.

Keep it Simple

Cooking healthy meals will not break the bank. On average, Americans will spend more money when they eat take-out versus cooking at home. And when you cook at home, you have the comfort of knowing what’s in your meal. You are in control of your health and not a random stranger.

But the key is to stop overthinking your meals.

Pinterest has saved my life and is my go-to spot. When I run out of healthy meal ideas, I go straight to Pinterest and search for “quick healthy meals. I typed quickly because I didn’t have time to spend hours in my kitchen cooking. I need to be in and out!

Okay, with all that being said, I wish you all well for the rest of the week. And if you need any advice, please let me know.

I WANT US ALL TO WIN. One mess-up will not stop us.

You could have chosen any blog to read, but you chose mine, and I’m honored.

  1. I’ve been cooking my own meals for years now. It gives me control over what I eat and the amount I eat. I usually overeat when I go out to a restaurant, since their servings are so large.
