It Doesn’t Matter What I See

I don’t think I have ever seen anyone with a more beautiful smile.

When you walk into the room, everyone lights up and can feel your energy. It’s indescribable how you make others want to better. Your style and grace are like no other.

Why don’t you see this?

I have tried so hard to make you feel comfortable in your skin. Whenever you express doubt, I point out all the things about you that everyone in your world sees. I’m at a loss and don’t know what else to do.

You promised yourself that after you lost a significant amount of weight, your outlook would change. You vowed to stop seeing who you use to be and began to embrace who you’ve become.

I long for the day that you recognize your strengths and everything that you offer the world. But you have to want it more than me.

It doesn’t matter what I see …

Things I Try To Pound In My Clients Head

Often we focus on everything we want to change, and as a trainer/coach, I try to get all my clients to focus on everything they love about themselves. Once you focus on the positive, you start to feel energized about being better and making all necessary changes to ensure that an extraordinary life is on the horizon for you.

But first you have to recognize the beauty you hold radiates from the inside out.

What others currently see as confidence will soon fade into disappointment and frustration. It will be a struggle for them to keep their eyes from rolling every time you pick out the one or several things you don’t like about yourself.

Stop wondering, “If I see all of my flaws, then I know they see it too.” Know that everyone else will see whatever you see.

So tell me what do you see?

And if you don’t like what you see or like how you feel……. CHANGE IT!

You could have chosen to read any blog, but you chose mine, and I’m honored.

  1. An old adage says ‘a smile is worth a million dollars’
maybe a smile is worth 10-million now due
to prices on everything going up sky high!

  2. Change it, takes many split seconds combined, but once all those moments are rounded up in a ball you can toss it up in the air, catch again because it is yours.

    {and as a trainer/coach, I try to get all my clients to focus on everything they love about themselves.}
Can you believe even that one little, thing, but with this in mind we are getting there.

  3. Ahhhhh, I love this post, Belladonna!! That is so true; when we sit in internalized negativity, then we give that out, yet when we shift our perspective, as you write about, to a positive internal dialogue, that is what we give out. And, that is what we/they all see! Lovely post, my friend. ❤️

    1. Thank you so much!!!!! In my lifetime I’ve met some really beautiful people. And they all had one thing in common… confidence!
Nothing better than a good person, with standards and confidence ♥️
