You Can Do Hard Stuff

You can accomplish all things!

Today I want everyone to say something positive about themselves and push past whatever limit you set. Oh, and stop setting limits. You will be surprised at all the hard stuff you can do if you try.

When I have my initial consultation with my clients, I tell them that they have to put an end to setting limits.

Once you tell yourself that you can do whatever you put your mind to then, you will. All you need is consistency and to constantly feed yourself positive vibes. And to do that, you have to rid yourself of negative people that will diminish goals that they don’t understand. Not everyone is on your side and rooting for you to win. Believe it or not, the majority of the people you know are waiting for you to fail, and then they will conveniently remind you and others of your shortcomings.

With that being said;

Work in silence, move at your own speed, and feed positive energy into your soul.

Quick Story Time

The other day I decided to take my workout to a level that I have been able to do in months. Like so many others, I had a few setbacks in my life, and that prevented me from training as hard as I usually do. But on this day, I told myself, “I can do hard STUFF” (quote from one of my favorite Peloton instructors), and I did just that.

Throughout the 30 minute HIIT class, I stumbled, I modified, but I didn’t give up. Did I mention I cried a little okay A LOT! The tears streamed down my face because I pushed past this wall that I built and thought it would remain a regular fixture in my life. But I busted that sucker right down.

And because that feeling brought me so much joy, I want to encourage everyone to try to do something that you once said you couldn’t do.

NO matter how much doubt you have within, I am screaming to you…
