Being uncomfortable can be one of the worst feelings. When you are being pushed away from a familiar place. Reacting to a specific stimulus that you didn’t see coming can be frustrating.
A person that hates being pushed will crash and fold.
But a challenger will rise to the challenge!
We have become so comfortable talking the big talk but have little to nothing to back up our words. At some point, you have to get sick of being a big talker and learn to throw yourself in a situation that will make you uncomfortable.
That uncomfortable situation is a set up for you to become a better version of yourself.
It’s easy to say tomorrow, I start eating better, treating people better, living a life that is all about giving and not expecting anything in return. Tomorrow I will take a good look at myself and prepare to fix all of my corrupt faults, but today I’ll just complain and take up space.
I challenge everyone to take a good look at themselves and ask these two questions.
- What is the one thing that makes me uncomfortable?
- Why am I allowing it to prevent me from reaching my zone of comfort?

Often, we are too afraid to be truthful with ourselves or experience an “I don’t want to get uncomfortable” moment. Which makes us weak and unable to get real with ourselves.
So let’s change that before we end 2020.
We can begin running full speed ahead towards our goals today. Let me say this, as long as there is breath in your body, you should be trying to get better, and you can! I believe that everyone can reach any goal they have if they desire to.
Learning how to be comfortable in an uncomfortable situation will change your life. Find the strength/help you need to pull your way through and know that a comfortable outcome is around the corner with every uncomfortable situation.
I believe in you!

Time To Get Uncomfortable
I am uncomfortable with the weight I’ve gained during pandemic. I don’t like the way I feel
☹️ if you’re ever interested I can give you two free weeks for beachbody and walk you through it. Or a great way for a jump start is weight watchers. I LOVED that program.
Thank you! I just need to get over myself and not stress eat
I totally understand that!
This is very true! I’ve spent years avoiding the things I don’t like doing which then means that they become even bigger in my mind! It’s taken me years to work this out, but you knew it all along!! Great post! Katie
Thank you! Yes it does take awhile to get your mind comfortable with steeping outside your comfort zone. Congratulations on working it out. That’s a huge accomplishment ♥️♥️♥️
😍 Thanks!
No, thank you and I’m so glad you stopped by!
It can be so hard to push yourself into a new mindset and evolve into a version of yourself that you like, however I feel it is definitely worth the effort. Hopefully some day…
You’ll know when you’re ready. And you will be unstoppable!😍
