Wounds are covered up by smiles!
A few of my clients inspired this six-word story. I want you to know that you don’t have to smile and fake like you’re okay. It’s okay to feel whatever you are feeling. Just be honest with yourself and for the love of God don’t give up.

This happens so often. We’re expected to always smile and be happy but it’s okay not to be happy. Negative emotions exist for a reason and ignoring or repressing them is super unhealthy.
Yes yes yes!!! I totally agree. We are human and full of a range of emotions. Use them all…it’s okay!
