Have a Sit

I love talking to my clients and finding out what works for them. I like to cater to each and every one of them, and I’m able to do that better than ever now.

About a year ago, I moved my business online, and I only saw my older clients face to face. When I decided to make that move, I thought I would fail all my clients and struggle with meeting their needs. But just the opposite happened!

YouTube has been a lifesaver!

I have all my clients fill out a questionnaire, and from there, I learn if they have any injuries or medical concerns that I need to aware of. We then follow that up with a series of exercises. I like to see what they can and can not do at this time.

Lastly, I make videos that are targeting their needs and wants. I put them all on YouTube in hopes of many others being able to take advantage of a calorie-burning workout.

A few weeks ago, I was hired by a lovely lady that was on the hunt for workouts that target her upper body. She needed to give her lower body a break while she goes through physical therapy. So I eagerly snatched that challenge up because I never thought to make a video quiet like this. I was beyond excited to see how many exercises I could come up with. My goal was to create a chair workout that would be just as challenging as a full-body burn.

You’ll notice that I will tell you often that you may need to up your weight.  The reason being, a heavier weight will increase your heart rate and speed up your metabolism. Causing you to burn more calories!
