IT’S GO TIME!

I hope you all had a wonderful veteran’s day and stayed safe. I saw pics of all the barbecue that was consumed and delicious desserts being served. I know that I did not cut in corners yesterday, and I enjoyed every single bite of my burger and the rest of my trimmings!

But that was yesterday! Today we have to get back on our grind and leaving all excuses behind. Now when I say “grind,” I don’t want you to think that you have to do the hardest workout that you can think of and sweat it out for hours every day.

It is up to you to find out what works and what doesn’t work for you. Only you know if you have time for a 30 minute, hour, or an hour and a half workout.

Some of my clients only have 45 minutes to dedicate to exercising each day. So because of them, I am committed to producing videos that will get you fit and curvy in under an hour. I currently have two videos that are 20-minute workouts, but you can always increase it by upping your circuits.

For instance, all videos have 4 or 5 exercises, and you do each one for a minute. Then repeat them all 5 times. If you have an additional 20 minutes, then repeat up to 6-8. Then lastly, jump rope for an additional 5 minutes.

Please come back and comment when you finish this Video #1 or Video #2. I promise you will get your heart rate up and sweat flowing. Just make sure you don’t take many breaks, and if you do feel the need, then limit them to under 30 seconds.
