I am so excited to be back on YouTube and offering quick and easy workouts. I currently have one 20 minute workout video up now and many many many more to come. I will be bringing lots of cooking videos and DIYs.
So let’s talk about this fitness video. I’m a Beachbody coach, and I offer my clients over 700 different workouts as well as adding my own twist on EVERYTHING. Over the years, I have had all types of clients and a range exercise level.
I love what I do, and I am so geeked to offer y’all a little taste of what I do!
So the first video up is an easy 20-minute workout. You will not believe how the sweat will come in just 20 minutes.
Here’s the key. You have to move quickly and minimize your breaks. Keeping your heart rate up will not only allow you to see a good sweat coming, but you will burn more calories. My main goal is to help my clients and subscribers to get the best burn in the least amount of time.
I don’t know about you, but most days I am not interested in spending 2 hours in the gym. I need to get in and out and on with my day. As long as I eat healthily (another blog topic for another day), I can get in a quick burn and not feel guilty about cutting it short.
Keys to getting in a good calorie burn, sweat, and get that metabolism going
- Use a wide range of weights~ 10 pounds to 30 pounds~
- Resistance Bands (Booty Bands)
- Jump Rope
- Cardio Cardio Cardio
Do not take a lot of breaks if you are doing a 20-minute workout, unless you are feeling light-headed and/or severe cramps occur.
