Cheat Day

What are you guys eating for dinner today?

Throughout the week, I try my hardest to keep it clean. Tomorrow my clients, as well as myself, will take it up a notch. Pray for us!


We are going back to our intermittent fasting and eating one meal a day.

Intermittent fasting is a game-changer because it forces you to stop feeding your face when you think you’re hungry. More often than not, I’m thirsty but yet go straight to the pantry for a snack. Then I’m left full of regret because here I go again, eating empty calories that are filled with carbohydrates.

Damn you carbs! Why won’t you let me be great and leave me alone?

Anyways, we are going to be great this week and have our first snack at noon. By snack, I mean a protein shake, and then dinner is served at 7:00 sharp.

  • Salad
  • Your choice of whatever else BUT ZERO SWEETS
  • Drinking a gallon of water or half your body weight

Take your time eating and enjoy conversation with your family. When 8:00 strikes, your plate is pushed away, and your lips are sealed. I think if I say to cut out the drinking, someone might come looking for me and take me out with a brick. So I’ll just tell my clients to limit it to one glass of wine. But if you are ready for those abs to pop out, then NO DRINKING!

So all that deliciousness begins tomorrow.

But today we CHEAT!
