Keep Moving During The COVID- 19 Pandemic

Here’s what we know.

  1. Our kids are home
  2. Most of us are working from home
  3. Extracurricular Activities are canceled
  4. Social distancing is in full effect
  5. We have more time on our hands
  6. We have the time to cook healthier meals
  7. We have time to get caught up on rest
  8. WE have time to laugh and talk with our love ones



This is the perfect time to start taking care of you and putting your body on top of the list. I don’t only mean external but internal as well. We all have more time to cook. s

So get in the kitchen and have your kids help you prepare those healthy meals!

Whip out your blender and make a delicious smoothy when you are feeling snacky and make one for the kids too.

The worst thing you can do is use this time to eat more and stay up late watching T.V! I am watching my clients like a crazy lady. They have to report to me every day and send me a video of them working out or FT when they are done working out.

My clients are still doing their weigh-ins and have been ordered to increase their step goals. I am not playing them!!!

When this horrible time is over, I want to see them leaner with more muscle tone. They all better be at their goal or damn near it.

The majority of my clients are moms and dads with a packed schedule and barely have enough time to put aside for themselves. So they manage to squeeze in an hour here and there. But right now they have gained at least 2 hours in their day because of eliminating kids’ sports and travel time to and from work.

Sadly I do have a couple of doctors as clients that have been working effortlessly, and I will continue to pray for them, and I hope you will all keep our medical superheroes lifted up as well.

So for them, they get a pass, but the rest of you better make their jobs easier and stay your butt at home and workout until you pass out!!!!!
