Women stay strong and know that every time you fall, you have another real woman to help you up.
This will always be factual if you only allow realness in your circle.
I get so frustrated when I see strong women put each other down and compete compete compete; it’s as if we don’t realize that we are stronger together.
Do you have any idea how many friendships are lost because we’re trying to compete with each other?
I mean, like you see something strong in me, I see something strong in you, but instead of feeding off of each other, we beat each other up. It’s as if me taking away your superpower is going to give me super super power, but it doesn’t work like that. As soon as I attempt to destroy and demolish everything powerful and useful within you, I’m simultaneously making myself look small and pathetic.
Not to mention the fact that I will soon be friendless!
Focus on you and stand guard over your life and the energy that surrounds you.
I have seen so many childhood/adult friendships break apart due to egos. Continuously trying to one-up each other.
When we are so busy trying to one-up each other, we lose sight of who we are and what we should focus on.
We all have a gift and a talent, and we should put 100% of our energy into building that. Concentrating on making our dreams come to fruition.
Spend less time with a snarl on our face and looking over our shoulders at the person behind us… and focus on YOU! Only look left, right, front, and back if you are looking for inspiration. Taking in everything with a positive frame of mind.
One thing that I always do is ask questions. If I’m totally impressed with what you have accomplished in your life, I have no problem with saying, “I will pay you for your time if you could help me move further along in my craft.”
~OR~
“How did you get where you are?…. I would love to follow your footsteps”.
A confident, strong woman will and should help guide another woman along her journey to success.
Asking for help is not a sign of weakness; it’s a sign of maturity. However, bashing someone because you aren’t where they are and you secretly want to be is a sign of jealousy.
I think we all know what jealousy can lead to.
There is nothing more powerful than strong women standing shoulder to shoulder and changing the world.
We are stronger together!
