The Worst Trainer Ever

I fear that I’m becoming the worst trainer ever!

I find myself sitting more than I stand. Of course, I have a good reason for it, but the fact remains that I am sitting on my rump more and more each day.

I wake up at 6:40 a.m and see my teens off to school. By 8:00, everyone is gone, and I’m in my room looking at all my emails and text messages. I reply one by one and make a few calls.

I read all my favorite bloggers while I’m switching from client to client. By the time I look up, it’s almost 2:00, and I haven’t practiced what I’ve preached to my clients.

Case in point, my water bottle is still full, I haven’t eaten enough, and my entire body is stiff.

I’m talking 103 years old with arthritis in every part of my body stiff.

This makes me laugh because if my clients could see who they are talking to, they would laugh so hard. They would think that I have lost my mind trying to train and coach up others.

However, on this day, I declare a change will be made!

I will write and read more at night so that I can work out as soon as I get up in the morning. I will drink 70 ounces of water before any emails and text messages are checked.

The goal is to be exceptional and have a more productive day. I want to make sure that I’m giving each and every one of my clients the best of me, and the best way for me to do that is by being active straight away!

You like that… straight away..huh?

Today I will no longer feel like the worst trainer ever.

I am Super Bella… the master of all things!

You could have chosen any blog to read, but you chose mine, and I’m honored!
