The bigger they are, the harder they fall!
I have said this a million times, and let me tell this statement is so true. In this day in age, we tune into social media, and the first thing we see is one big fake butt after another.
Social media glorifies large gluteus maximus, and it doesn’t matter if they are real or fake.
All they need to be is LARGE!
It blows my mind how many fake butts I see daily. Now, I don’t know if fake butts fall like real ones, but if they do, then this post is for all of you as well.
All my life, I’ve had a rather large butt, and it was high and firm. Then I gained about 70 pounds with my last kiddo, well with every kid. But it was something about that last one that did me in. My stomach was a hot mess, and my bunns were just so heavy and tired that they just dropped down and gave up on life.
They looked sad and highly disturbed.
For a quick minute, I threw in the towel and said there is no way I will be able to get back to where I use to be. Every time I turned and looked in the mirror, frustration set in, and I felt lost.
The size of it didn’t change, but the shape did.
So you know the things I turned to?
I started on my P90X journey, and by week 3, I noticed that it began to lift a little higher. By the end of my journey, I was back to where I was, and everything was sitting up tall and in charge.
I will tell everyone to do squats until I am blue in the face. I have lived with this body, for 43 years, and I know what it takes to make everything sit the way it should. I take, leg day very seriously, they are my favorite days of the week. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, I incorporate weights while doing squats.
When I walk out of the gym, my bunns are lifted, and my thighs are tight, and I kinda look like this, but internally I feel like a million trillion bucks.
