We live in a world that is filled with an array of different body types, and because of that, we are so cruel to ourselves.
How many times do you look at a woman and think, I wish I had her shape? Is that healthy thinking?
It’s so hard to appreciate your own body when you are looking at someone that has a rock hard body and abs!! The pressure to look perfect can be overwhelming and frustrating at times.
Don’t even get me started on the ladies that claim their bodies were made in the gym and the kitchen. But we all suspect that those quick results were due to having implants on their gluteus maximus, liposuction on varies parts of their body, or breast augmentation.
What gets me is the nerve they have with proudly flaunting a known truth. You cannot change your body disposition in a significant way in just 30 days. I don’t care how many weights you lift or how many squats you do.
Let me repeat this again, there is no way, now how to achieve total body transformation in 30 days.
So here is my take on it all. If you choose to look at the bodies on the gram, then take every before and after pic with a gran of salt. Look at yourself in the mirror and say something positive about it.
You may not believe what you are saying, but the more you repeat positive affirmations, the more you will feel it!
It’s time out for saying I hate this, I hate that. It’s time to start stating what you love. If you love something, then you will take care of it and move in a positive direction, change it to make it even more beautiful.
The bottom line is, it’s challenging to change what you don’t love.
