​Seared Steaks With Mushroom Sauce and Spaghetti Squash Saute

I am so excited to have you make this meal! It is definitely a meal that you can switch up ingredients and keep this recipe fresh and new.


  • 1 1/2 lb grilling steak and or Salmon
  • 1 shallot
  • 8 oz baby portabellas
  • 1 teaspoon garlic butter
  • 1 can condensed beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons smoky Montreal steak seasoning

Step By Step

  1. melt garlic butter
  2. season meat and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side
  3. remove from pan
  4. add shallots and saute until they are fragrant
  5. add mushrooms and glaze and pour in broth
  6. add the meat back to the pan and let simmer for 15 minutes


  • 8 oz of pasta
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning herb paste
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 cups spinach
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

Step By Step

  1. Preheat the oven to 400
  2. Wash your squash and bake for 40- 45 minutes
  3. Remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes
  4. Heat a large pan and add garlic butter and walnuts
  5. Cook for 3 minutes and remove from pan
  6. Split the squash in half and discard the seeds
  7. Use a fork and scrape out the inside of the squash
  8. Add olive oil to pan and squash and paste
  9. Add pasta to the squash and lay spinach on top
  10. After 5 minutes toss the mixture around and add walnuts
