Stop it right now! No more quick fixes. Its time to get real and figure out what your body needs to be the healthiest you have ever been. I can’t think of a better day than today to start your new fitness journey. I don’t care what day of the week it is that you are reading this post, just drop that cookie and start today.
There are so many weight loss plans that you can take part in. Some have too many restrictions and require a lot of calorie counting. Which trust me after only 2 or 3 weeks can get rather annoying. I use to live my life by counting calories. I would look up how many calories a particular item had before I would consume it.
That became annoying and exhausting!
But now that I’m pairing intermittent fasting with my daily workouts, I feel so freakin free. I can do this for the rest of my life because my eating schedule feels right, and my body is responding to it.
I start eating every day at 11:30 am, and I stop eating by 7:30 pm. Just that simple and easy. This schedule will leave you with plenty of energy to complete your daily workout and everything else you need to accomplish throughout your day.
Don’t knock until you try it, and I promise once you do try it, you will STOP DIETING!
