Leg Day Has Arrived

For me working out is more than about staying in shape. I need it to have a productive day. If I don’t exercise, I can literally feel my brain wondering around the room and zeroing in on all types of foolishness and not to mention how antsy I become.

I remind myself of that one boy we have all had in our class that drives the teacher crazy. That one boy that is up bothering everyone while they are trying to work. He’s crawling under the desk and blurting out nonsense while the teacher is trying to give her lesson. Then all of a sudden, she kicks the boy out in the hallway so he can think about his wrong behavior. we all know that he could care less about being in the hall because now he has made it his job to bother everyone that walks passed him.

That is who I become without exercise!

So before my family kicks me out for being a busy body, I will turn on my Beachbody and destroy these legs. This is my favorite workout day because my legs are the most substantial part of my body. It takes quite a bit of weight and/or reps to make me look at the stairs like this…

but eventually it hits, and it hits hard.

I love it!

Well, I think I have procrastinated enough, so let me go and get these legs all the way together.
