Sometimes the weight you need to lose isn’t your own. I’ve spent my entire life around toxic energy. I can’t think of one time in my life when I haven’t dealt with someone that secretly rooted for the worse possible outcome over my life. If you allow those same toxic people to remain in your life, then you will not work to your full capability.
I have allowed the same toxic people to leave my life and then return without explanation. They actually walk back into my life and assume that they can pick up where they left off. I have never received an apology for gossiping behind my back and trying to ruin my name. I just forgive, and I move on. Then the cycle repeats.
I can not say this enough, ” don’t allow this to happen to you”! Love and respect yourself enough to cut the weight. Stop allowing people to run over your face. Treating you like your feelings are nonexistent isn’t okay.
You have to set the foundation of how you want to be treated and then stand firm on that. People will treat you; however, you allow them too. You will get respect once you come to a place in your life where you demand it.
I know that I talk about weight loss a lot on here because after all, I am a trainer. I urge people to lose weight by exercising, eating right and getting more rest. However, sometimes the excess weight that you need to cut isn’t your own.
You could have chosen any blog to read, but you chose mine, and I’m honored.
