Today I am pulling you in to discuss my weight loss challenge that will begin on September 2nd and end on October 2nd. What I am looking to do is get you ready for the big push that will take you through the holidays.

Our main goal is to get you through as many beach body workouts as possible. So I have labeled this challenge my sampler pack.

Let me explain

Each week I will introduce a new Beachbody program that we have to follow, which means you need to purchase the Beachbody plan. The program is on 15.99 a month and offers close to 800 workouts. You never have to worry about another DVD! As long as you have a phone, laptop, or iPad you are all set and ready to go.
