The Most Effective Weightloss Plan

Have you ever sat in the gym and listened to random chit chatter about losing weight? Not that I’m eavesdropping, but people talk so loud. Which is one reason I refuse to workout without headphones. I need to drown out the noise. However, on certain occasions, I do hear things that make me turn my music all the way down so I can listen to this conversation to its entirety.

Almost every day I hear women say they don’t want to use weights and they absolutely refuse to because they will start to look more manly. I have to then bite my tongue because they aren’t talking to me, so I continue to listen and remain silent.

But thank goodness I can express myself to my clients, and social media because every woman needs to know that weights should be a staple in your workout regimen. Weightlifting will increase your calorie burn, insuring you a more efficient way to burn fat, tone, and build muscle.

Here is the excellent news, when your workout is complete your body will continue to burn fat due to an elevated metabolism lasting up to 14 hours.

If you are looking to lean out, then decrease your weights and increase your repetitions. If you are still too afraid of what weights will do to you then use a resistance band, pull up and let’s not forget about those push-ups.
