Why Jesus!!! Here I am about to go on vacation and trying on clothes to wear. Sad to say that I never noticed how much my body type had changed. I mean yes, at this point I have lost almost all my baby weight, and the scale is looking good, but then I turned around and there it was dropping and almost scrapping the ground. Why is this happening, and how can it be fixed? I thought about canceling my vacation and throwing in the towel, but I didn’t. I did something worse… I looked at pictures of me when I was in college and apart of the dance program. Then I flipped to my bikini shots on my honeymoon. I wish someone had grabbed the pics and slapped me right across my face. Just so I could snap out of it before I headed for deep depression and frantically drive my car to Brewsters and drown my sorrows in a giant hot fudge sundae with extra fudge, whip cream, and pecans. But feared that it would go straight to my drooping ass.
Over the last few years, I’ve noticed that if I fail to do squats with or without weights, my bunns will start to droop. So when I tell you that squats are a regular part of my daily routine, I mean just that. Every day I do squats, however on leg day I make sure that I use heavy weights and I will typically do different variations, and my workout will consist of 10 sets of 20.
It’s so hard to hear women contemplating having surgery to get a large rear end or even breast augmentations, mostly because I’m thinking if you aren’t willing to put in the work, then you will be sorry. Now I don’t have big breast, but I do know that the bigger they both are, the harder they will fall. Don’t let social media fool you. These girls out here know the right angles and what type of pants to wear to make everything look firm and tight. But, I’m going to tell you the truth they are both heavy and will one day try their best to fall to your feet.
So if you have a flat rear end just do squats, it will grow. Maybe not as big as you would like but it will definitely fit your frame. You don’t want to waste money on getting surgery and then fail to maintain it. Just be patient and squat your way to a plump butt. However, if you find yourself in my situation, hold on and don’t give up. I promise it will rise and sit perky once again.
You could have chosen to read any blog, but you chose mine, and I’m honored.
