We all have a different idea of what a great birthday gift. Mine is to make you your favorite dish or dessert. I like to see people happy and what better way to put a smile on the birthday boy or girls face than with food.
Plus this is the time I up my game and make sure that I am taking my time and being creative. I don’t know about you, but sometimes I get too complacent in the kitchen and just throw things together to make a meal. So doing something out of the ordinary awakens my creative side.
Last Saturday, I attended one of my dear friends birthday party, and she asked me to make Chicken Alfredo, and I think I screeched with excitement and said YESSSSSS!
So here are my ingredients, short video, and step by step directions.
Ingredients
- Bow Tie Pasta
- 8 ounces of Goat Cheese
- 3 eggs
- 3 Cups Milk
- 3 Cups Spinach
- 4 Chicken Breast
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
In a large pan heat and add olive oil to coat the pan seasoned chicken breast and cook for five minutes on each side.
Bring hot water to a boil and cook pasta according to the directions on the package drain the water and set aside.
Cut up your chicken into small bites or shredded and add it to your roaster and then add your pasta sprinkle 2 cups of cheese on top, seasonings and then mix add your spinach and then mix. Then add the rest of your mozzarella cheese.
Break up your goat cheese into crumbles and place on top of mozzarella cheese
Stir eggs into 3 cups of milk
Pour slowly on top pasta to make a beautiful golden crust.
Cover with foil and cook on 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Let cool for 10-15 before serving.

This design is spectacular! You obviously know how to keep a reader amused. Between your wit and your videos, I was almost moved to start my own blog (well, almost…HaHa!) Excellent job. I really loved what you had to say, and more than that, how you presented it. Too cool!
