Will You Ride The Bus With Me

Lots of people want to ride with you in your Limo but what you want is someone who will take the bus with you when your Limo breaks down.

~Oprah Winfrey~

Knowing that you are worthy to be loved will save your life. Sometimes it takes years to truly know your self-worth but when you discover it, your best years are ahead of you. So much time is wasted on people that are with you for the things you have and what you can do for them. Whether it’s people who call on when they need something or folks that constantly need a shoulder to cry on. When they are in need of money you are the first person they think of. But where are they when you are hurting?

It’s all fun and giggles when you are rising to another level in your life and throwing parties, inviting people to vacation with you and paying for all the expenses at restaurants. But where are they when you hit a rough patch? Once the music is no longer playing, the caviar is no longer, the expensive cars have been repossessed, your party house is now in foreclosure and all you are left with is silence.

Look around! Who is sitting with you?

If you are alone then the only person to blame is yourself. It’s time to fix you and how you view yourself. It’s easy to be likable when you have things to offer but are you good enough when the well has run dry. Not good enough for people but for you. If you felt good enough then giving giving giving and zero receiving would not be acceptable. You are going to look at the drainers and ask “what are you bringing to the table?” Then you will let them know that complaining, calling only when they need something or borrowing money is off limits and demand that they keep it moving.

Your realness will be sought after by other real people. Speaking out is necessary if you want to be surrounded by the right people. A healthy lifestyle is sooooooooo much more than clean eating and working out. You have to cleanse your surroundings. If the people around you only want to ride your limo then kick them out on their ass. Their unhealthy behaviors can hinder your progress.

Stop allowing appalling behavior to unapologetically prance around you and continuing to distract you mentally and emotionally. It’s time to rise up and know that YOU are enough. Look around you and see who’s left when the music has stopped playing, your money has thinned out, and all you have left is a bus pass and a vision.

Grab them and run because they are rare!
