I’m looking in my cabinets, freezer, and cabinets trying to find something different. Have you ever been in the mood for something but had no n idea what. But you knew if you looked through your groceries long enough you would stumble across the meal of your dreams.
Just like that, I found what I was looking for! Wonton Soup but I need to add something that will stick with me for the night. You know what I’m saying? I don’t want to have a hunger attack at 10:00 at night and eat something that I know I shouldn’t.
So follow me into my kitchen and let’s get started.
Ingredients Serve 5
- 20 Wontons
- 3 Cups Chicken Broth
- 14 Ounces of Green Beans
- 20 Small Red Potatoes
- 3 tbs Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Salt or your favorite seasoning salt
- 4 Carrots
In a large Pot add potatoes and enough water to cover the top of the potatoes. Boil for 20 minutes or until soft. Add green beans, carrots, seasonings, and chicken broth. Cook for an additional 15 minutes. Add Wontons and let cook for 5 minutes. Serve warm
